GARP (Something AR Pistol)

So, I finally collected all the pieces for the AR Pistol lower. That Guy helped me put it together but it looked a little plain. Fortunately, AR15.COM has a great thread about coloring the roll marks in the AR platform. I used Elmer's Painter's Pens and Hoppe's No. 9. I'm inspired to do my other toys but not today.

4/5/13-Gun Trust funded
4/5/13-"Purchase" can at Silencer Shop, paperwork and check go out to NFA Branch
4/12-13-Check cleared NFA Branch at BATFE
5/28/13-Call NFA Branch to check status, no record yet, not pending
6/17/13-Call NFA Branch to check status, no record yet, not pending
6/20/13-Call NFA Branch to check status, Form 4 went pending on Tuesday 6/18/13. Likely issue date...9 MONTHS FROM NOW!!!!!!!!

About a month ago, I bought a Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker (they were practically giving them away). Since then I have made several sorbets and a couple of ice creams. Caramel Habanero ice cream was a hit but this week was a truly adult creation...Bourbon ice cream with bacon bark. I like this hobby...
